'MENU' PALACE RESTAURANT

Lindsay met with R.J. who requested that she bring slides from the
gallery for him to view. The meeting was arranged to finalize the deal on
Lindsay's procurement of the 'forget drug' from R.J. He reminded Lindsay
that she ought to take care with the dosage, the 'forgetfulness' could be
slight, wipe out an entire lifetime, or turn the subject into a 'drooling
veggie'. He asked her to look at slides with him, for the sake of
appearances. She wanted to know what R.J. needed from her, since he
wouldn't accept money, or artwork. He said he wanted to know about
Matthew's 'daddy'...

SAM'S QUEST FOR BEN & WILL

Arriving at Viki's, Sam asked to see Ben. Viki told him that he had
gotten a tip about Will and took off to find him. Todd came in and said
that he and Viki were just discussing his saying that when he saw Jess
and Cris in Ohio, he didn't see Will. This way, they wouldn't be held for
'aiding and abetting'. Sam wanted to know why Todd would perjure himself,
but Todd said he just wanted to help Sam. Viki said that Jackie
McNaughton had contacted Ben, and said that Will had been seen at the
dock's in Brooklyn.

TWO BLIND MICE...

Will got the note that Nora sent him through the heat vent and read it
aloud. He tried to kick the door down and when it wouldn't budge, he eyed
the ceiling vent, looking thoughtful...

Upstairs with Nora, Colin told her again how she must heal so she could
go home! That she had to stop trying to crawl out of the house! He said
that no one was going to 'rescue her'. He turned to leave, and Will began
to bang on the pipes with a baseball bat!

LLANFAIR...

Sam told Todd he needed to speak with Viki alone, but of course, Todd
cracked the door open to hear every word spoken! Sam told Viki that he
had bought Max's old adoption records and she reacted quickly, with a
high-pitched, loud tone of voice, wanted to know WHY, why would he want
to go and 'do that'? She said that Ben dealt with Blair and Max, Viki
told him she wouldn't trust Blair. She said he should talk to Ben! He
wanted to know if there was something he could use to hold over Asa's
head, to get Will Back! Viki said that she couldn't tell him, because the
information wasn't her's to give! Sam told her that Blair had said the
same thing...

Todd moved away, hearing the front door open. Jess came in and rudely
asked what he was 'doing there'. She strolled into the library with an
ear splitting grin, to tell both Sam and Viki that she had good news! She
was getting married!

ANTONIO AND CRIS...

Antonio told Cris that Roseanne seemed ready and willing to sign the
annulment papers. Cris wondered if she wasn't 'up to something', but
Antonio told him that Roseanne wanted to change and that he believed her.
He told Cris how she had given the diner back to their mother. Cris began
what seemed almost a 'speech' about he and Jess being 'soul mates'.
Antonio asked him just 'who' he was trying to convince...

TWO MICE AND ONE DOCTOR!

Will banged on the pipes yelling to Nora, did she hear him? Nora,
upstairs with Colin, asked if he heard that noise. Colin told her it was
the hot water pipes. She said she'd never heard it before, was he keeping
another crippled woman down there? He told her that his 'quota' was
already met for the month! He looked at her admiringly, and said he
wished they'd met under different circumstances. Nora agreed "Yea, like
Me keeping You locked up!".

Colin left and she got out of bed to search for something to write with,
as Colin had taken her pad and pens. She found a small scissor, a pencil
in a drawer and she ripped a page out of the novel she was reading. She
sent another note down to Will. It flew through the vent and sailed by
Will's head into his hands. It read "Will, be careful, Colin is smart."
Colin, about to enter the basement, paused to listen at the door. Will,
on the other side of the door, stood poised and waiting, baseball bat in
hand...

PALACE HOTEL MEETING...

R.J. casually asked Lindsay if he had mentioned his young friend Jeff
Barnes? He knew about the bribe she'd made to make Matthew "Sam's" son.
He asked her if she wanted to know if he knew who the real papa was. He
teased, did she really want to know?...

LLANFAIR DAYS...

Jess wondered why no one seemed 'happy' about her news! Sam asked if Will
knew about it. She said that Will was 'out of it' now. Viki said that she
sounded very harsh and asked her what was wrong...

'HONESTY'...

Cris told Antonio about Will, that he had misjudged him. He really loved
Jessica, that he had given her up so she could be with her mother. He
told him that Todd had lied to him about Viki's being on her death bed.
He said he told Will that, he had lied to Will and he felt he needed to
tell the truth! Antonio, still stunned said "Todd Manning?!" Cris told
him that Jessica hadn't seemed willing to listen to him! Antonio seemed
doubtful about Cris giving her the news. He asked if Jess knew, would she
change her mind? Cris had no answer...

WILL IS 'SICK'...

Will began to yell for Colin, claiming to be sick. Colin told him to lie
down, that it would go away. Will said he felt the same way he did after
the train wreck, that Lanie had examined him and said that his symptoms
might come back!

Meanwhile, Nora began to wonder why Will wasn't coming upstairs to her
room. She got up again and wrote another note, asking if he was alright
and was he captive too? She asked him to knock two times if he was
okay...

PALACE..LET'S MAKE A...

Lindsay asked R.J. if Jeff Barnes had told him everything. She asked for
his terms and he said she could have the drug she wanted for all of the
paternity information she had. She wanted to know how it would benefit
him, but he told her that he wasn't asking whose brain she was going to
'fry'! That she didn't need to know!

JESS - VIKI - SAM

Sam questioned the whereabouts of Will, when it occurred to him that Will
had called Viki's cell phone! He said there would be a record of incoming
calls! Viki read the phone number to him and he said it sounded familiar.
He realized it was the number at Colin and Lanie's house! Sam raced to
the door with Todd on his heels! He agreed that Todd could go with him,
but said he had to stick right by his side! He said the only people he
had in the world were Matthew and Will. Todd said 'what about me?' and
Sam said 'I have you.' Todd looked like a very small boy as he chatted,
saying brightly, that it 'hadn't been very good, he knew, but things
could change'. Then he asked Sam who the heck Colin and Lanie were!

LLANFAIR BLUES...

Viki asked Jess to come downstairs to talk. She said that they may have
found Will. Jess callously said that Will was no longer her concern! Viki
noted that her decision to marry seemed rather 'sudden', and that they
had gone through so much together! Jess agreed, that she and Cris had
been through a lot. Viki amended her statement, saying that the 'three'
of them together, had been through so much...

THE TRUTH 'BITES?'

Antonio wanted to know why Cris was afraid to tell Jessica the real
reason Will had left. He said that he and Andy were 'over', that her
lawyers kept breathing down his neck to sign the divorce papers. He said
that 'he' had no choice, but Cris did! He asked him not to mess it up!

THE CHEESE STANDS ALONE...

Nora, worried at the lack of response from Will, sat on the floor looking
pensive. Downstairs, Colin shone a light on Will's pupils and pronounced
him 'well'. Will maintained that he felt ill and wondered how Colin could
just throw him back in the basement! Will got up quickly as Colin's back
was turned and threw a punch at him! Unfortunately, it missed the mark
and Colin returned the favor! Will went down like yesterday's edition of
the Banner, and lay, unconscious on the floor...

LLANFAIR ADVICE...

Viki warned Jess to be careful not to marry for the wrong reasons. Jess
said that she and Cris 'made sense', they had loved each other for so
long - just look at Joey and Kelly! Viki's doubtful look turned somber,
the doorbell rang and she went to answer it. Cristian came in and told
Jessica that he had something important to tell her. He wanted to give
her engagement ring back, and he put it on her finger. He vowed that
nothing would keep them apart this time...

...A DEAL!

Lindsay told R.J. that she wasn't sure there was going to 'be' another
DNA test. She said that if there was one, she would be the last person
they would tell! He told her that she had better find out some way or she
could live without the drugs she wanted! She asked when she would be
getting the drug and he told her she would have it later that evening.
R.J. excused himself and met Antonio in passing. He told him how his
meeting concerned 'art and culture', that Antonio should keep watching
him, he just might learn something! Back at their table, Lindsay wanted
to leave, but R.J. detained her and together they looked at the art
slides. She asked him if Antonio was suspicious...

NICK OF TIME?

Nora began calling out loudly for Colin, as he stood over his now
unconscious nephew Will. At that moment, the doorbell rang. On the other
side of the door, Sam and Todd stood waiting...
