BO OVERHEARS HANK'S 'PICK A PLAQUE' ORDEAL!

Bo heard Hank having a loud debate with the Parks Superintendent. The
argument escalated and the angry man left with Hank threatening to 'take
it to the mayor!' Bo took Hank into his office to discuss the ordeal.
Hank wanted to honor Nora's memory, by picking a place, a spot to put up
a plaque in the park. He said that half of the things in that park were
built because of Nora, the band shell, the basketball court. Bo agreed,
and said that for a woman who could only grow mold on food, she loved
that park. He told Hank about his trouble with the DNA test results. Hank
thought it was "vintage Lindsay", that Bo's options were to go to court
and force it, have a media circus or go about it privately.

NORA DUELS DR.JEKEL & MR. MACIVER!

Colin told Nora she was lucky the fall hadn't caused her any nerve
damage. She wasn't speaking to him, and wouldn't respond except to say
'ouch' when he stuck her leg with a pin. This was to determine the extent
of her possible injuries. He remarked that he was 'okay' with her silent
treatment, and walked toward the door. Nora said clearly "I saw Lindsay
in this room last night." If looks could kill, Colin would've shriveled
up and dropped! Nora relayed how she'd seen her in the room, even grabbed
her ankle! She asked him to try to tell her it was a coincidence that Sam
was Melanie's lawyer. That he shouldn't try to tell her that Lindsay
being in her room was a coincidence!

ONCE 'LINDSAYED' TWICE SHY!

Lindsay walked through Sam's door and he told her to go away! She
apologized for 'Lanie' and began to push the issue of the new paternity
test again. Sam suggested that Lindsay was a 'seriously disturbed woman,
and that every word out of her mouth was a lie!" He said she wanted Bo,
had to win this situation to get him back and be the mother for Matthew!
She began to speak factually and Sam yelled at her "Honesty doesn't
become you!" She told him that she was a good mother and that he was a
good father. Sam wondered why then, if he was such a good father, Lindsay
was trying to take his son away! Lindsay went on, relentless as a pit bull
with a bone. Melanie walked in and said she didn't want to interrupt or
get between them in an argument. Sam insisted she remain, and proceeded
to tell her about Lindsay's 'deal' with Barnes, and why it was done!

DON'T SPIT ON ME & TELL ME A 'BIRD' DID IT!

Nora demanded the truth of how Sam was connected to things, why Melanie
had hired him. Colin said she'd have to ask Melanie that. She asked how
long Lindsay had known that she was there, and then it hit her, "Oh, God"
Nora said, "She's the reason I'm here! Money? Blackmail? What is it?"
Colin brought Nora a wedding picture of him and Lanie and she noted the
strong resemblance between Lindsay and Melanie. She asked him what Lanie
thought when she'd found her on the floor and her ankle was grabbed.
Colin said that in fact, she was the one who alerted him to it! He said
that Lanie knew Nora was a patient. Nora said that with the resemblance
they had, she and Lindsay could be sisters, "if God was that malicious!"

"Cousins?" Nora said. Colin told her that it wasn't 'her' Lindsay, and
Nora said he'd left her no choice but to fall! She wanted to go home!
"Prisoner!" she said. "Patient!" he countered. Nora squinted at him and
appeared to discern a note of true caring in his eyes, for the first
time...

TODD'S APPEARANCE...VIKI'S DISAPPEARANCE...

Viki entered the library and found Todd standing there. Despite their
history, a smile crept across her features as though someone pulled back
a curtain. Todd momentarily felt warmth and welcome, which for him could
only be experienced with Starr and Viki. She said he'd taken a big chance
being there, the police were still looking for him. He said he'd asked
Sam for help to fight the charges facing him. Viki didn't think Sam would
help him, he'd caused too much pain.

Todd put on the video of Jessica for Viki and she was so happy to see her
she placed her hands on the screen. Todd worried over her close proximity
to the TV screen. "She's pretty good, isn't she? I mean, even with the
goofy outfit, it's gotta be the genes!" Viki said not to flatter her, but
Todd said "No! me! gotta be my genes!" He assured her that the kids were
okay, and offered to bring Jessica home. Viki said no, because she would
face a prison sentence.

THE MERRY SOUND OF BRACELETS CLICKING!

Lindsay recounted the entire Barnes' saga for Melanie. Sam asked her
where she'd gotten the money to pay Barnes, and she said it was her
divorce settlement from Clint: one half million dollars. Sam got on the
phone and asked Bo to come right over to discuss some business. When he
arrived, Sam told him how Lindsay had told her tale to Melanie, who was
acting as a 'witness' for him. Sam asked Bo if he believed Lindsay's
story was true, and Bo admitted that he did. Sam told Bo to 'arrest
Lindsay for felony bribery' , that she had just admitted to! To 'read her
rights and put her in cuffs and take her to jail!' Around the suddenly
silent room, mouths opened just a bit...

TODD AND VIKI FACE GRIM REALITY

Todd looked at his sister and said flatly "There's no way you're gonna
die on me." He said that Jess had told him about it. Viki said she knew
he'd been there in February, by the crimes, accidents, and R.J.! She
asked where Tea was and what he'd 'done' to her. He said he'd tried to be
a better person and she'd still split on him! She said simply that she
didn't have the strength to 'deal' with him and his 'games'. She needed
all her strength to get well, and that she 'didn't intend on going
anywhere anytime soon'. She said he'd hurt her. He used her illness,
D.I.D. to be acquitted, mocking her for selfish needs to gain sympathy.
Todd asked if he apologized, would it help. Viki said that with him,
words were meaningless and empty.

THE THREE BUCHANAN'S FACE OFF..

Asa was sitting at his desk reading "The Sun" when Max found him. Asa
told him the papers said that "B & B" had "two" and "Buchanan
Enterprises" had "zero". He lamented that he'd 'had a good long run",
maybe he didn't want to fight anymore. He said he was going to take a
nap. Max watched him go, concern apparent on his face. Ben stormed into
Asa's office, where Max was sitting behind the desk. He told Max to have
the charges dropped against Will or it would be 'out of his hands!' Asa,
entering from the back door, heard Ben's threat and asked about it. Max
threw out a line and Asa wasn't biting. Ben asked Max to 'do the honors.'
He told max that he was keeping so many secrets his life was like a
minefield!

WILL THE 'REAL' BUCHANAN PLEASE STAND?

To Asa, Ben said "Who am I to you Asa? Got any idea? Listen up, for a
bombshell, your world will never be the same!" He told Asa that 'he' was
B & B United and he was going to put Asa under for good! Asa looked at
Max incredulous that Max knew about this and didn't tell him! Asa told
Ben, that to him B & B stood for 'Busted and Broke', but Ben said 'Bigger
and Better'! To Max, he said he 'assumed' he didn't have to tell him what
would happen the next time! Asa wanted to know what Ben meant. He told
Asa that his 'maw' was upset and his 'paw' was just recovering from
surgery, that he thought they should just 'let it go'. Asa couldn't
believe that Max would want him to let Will walk away with what he'd
done! Max said they'd find another way to destroy the 'Rappa-Davidson's'.
Asa was disgusted and said he thought he'd had one loyal son, but he
guessed he had been wrong!

BROTHER AND SISTER REUNITED...

Viki raised her hand to her hair and saw a small chunk in her palm. She
said "oh,no", sat down on the ottoman and began to cry. She put her hands
to her head and more hair began falling out, she sobbed loudly now. Todd
watched in silent discomfort, not knowing what to do. Finally, he told
her that she'd better stop crying, he'd lost half his hair too! They'd
get her a wig, and some of his 'favorite people' were bald, Mussolini,
Dr.Evil...' Viki just shook her head. Ben entered the room and instantly
became furious, grabbing Todd in his fists, he demanded to know 'who the
hell he was and what had he done to Viki?!'
