Be A Soap Star for a Day

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to star in your favorite daytime drama? Now is your chance! On Saturday, August 3, 2002, Daytime Encounter will produce it's very first event where the soap fan becomes the star. By attending this event, soap fans can spend the day working one on one with your favorite stars of daytime drama in a real studio setting outside of Manhattan. We give you the fun and exciting experience of being a soap star for a day.

Our scheduled stars for this event are Kamar De Los Reyes (Antonio, OLTL), Ilene Kristen (Roxie, OLTL), Michael Storm (Larry, OLTL) and Erin Torpey (Jessica, OLTL).

UPDATE: Ty Treadway will be joining the roster of participating actors. The date has changed to August 3, 2002.

Daytime Encounter is a new venture designed with the soap fan in mind. We give the fan the unique opportunity to work along side their favorite stars of daytime drama in a fun and professional setting. Guided by industry professionals, our participants get a real look at what it takes to bring their favorite soaps to life, the once in a lifetime experience of feeling like a real soap star.
