Look for a possible reconnection of Jessica and Cristian - which is expected to happen after the character of Nash Brennen is written off.

Villain Carlo Hesser returns to Llanview and his return will revolve around someone in Llanview.

After Rex finds out that Adriana kept the truth about Shane from him, Adriana will leave Llanview.

Rex falls in love with Gigi.

Look for Jared to do something drastic to prove his love for Natalie.

David Vickers return will have a big impact in Llanview, and look for his return to be quite involved for the long haul.

During the latter half of May, Buchanan Enterprises will hold their shareholders meeting which promises to bring some fun surprises to the fans.

According to the latest rumors, the woman Ramsey is keeping "under wraps" in none other than Marty Saybrooke, and will be played by actress Susan Haskell, who was the original Marty. According to OLTL's head writer, "This mystery woman is someone who he thinks is a face that will be familiar to people hopefully."

May Sweeps Previews:

Look for more exits from the show, Carlivati confirms that there are three exits that are "sort of major," which includes "at least one death that is pretty shocking."

"We're going to see a payoff to a lot of stuff that's been building for a long time," previews head writer Ron Carlivati. "There's huge drama, but at the same time there's a return to some humor and lightness."

Rex/Adriana/Gigi: "The wedding is the centerpiece of sweeps. We're really building Gigi's feelings for Rex that she's been trying to push down, and at the same time we're seeing the same thing on the other side with Rex. He's in love with Adriana but he's got these feelings for Gigi."

The Mannings: "We're going to see Cole taking pretty drastic steps to protect Starr and their child. Look for Blair to really stand up for herself and take Todd on about the way he's been behaving and sort of running the family. Blair is sort of reaching her breaking point with him. And John, as a surrogate father of Cole, will be pulled into the story, as well."

The Buchanan's: "Jared is going to take a big, drastic step in May to win Natalie over and prove that he loves her. Everything that's been going on with Buchanan Enterprises comes to a head at the first shareholder's meeting that they've had since Asa's death. We're going to see who's really been behind everything that has been going on with BE and its going to have some pretty shocking consequences. With David Vickers returning, everyone's wondering when is he going to finally find out that he is Asa's son. There will be a major development in that story. David will stumble into something pretty major and that will pull him back to Llanview."

David Returns!
�May sweeps begins with Jared taking drastic action to try to break down Natalie's defenses once and for all,� says Carlivati. �They end up in Texas, where their romance first began. The secret of Jared's deception will unravel throughout May, and as it does, look for David Vickers to pop up in an unexpected place! Will he finally find out that he's a Buchanan?� As for Jared's dad, �Natalie and Jared try to give Charlie the opportunity to come clean with Viki and Rex before they find out the truth another way,� he offers. �But someone intervenes to prevent Charlie from talking.�

Will Rex Marry Adriana
Adriana gets increasingly paranoid and jealous of Rex�s friendship with Gigi. She discovers Brody, the guy Gigi has been claiming as Shane�s dad. Adriana�s goal is to reunite Gigi and Brody and keep her away from Rex as the wedding nears, and at least three people will find out that Rex is Shane�s dad. Meanwhile Gigi�s feelings for Rex are growing stronger, and we start to see that Rex may have some feelings for her in return. Is Rex starting to get cold feet? They will make it to the alter but that�s not to say that they will necessarily get married.

Starr�s secret is exposed
Starr is struggling to cope with being 16 and pregnant. She is scared. She and Cole will make some pretty big choices. Her parents have their own issues to deal with. Blair will finally stand up to Todd about the way he is treating Starr and Cole. John will play an important role in this. At least one of these three will find out about Starr�s pregnancy.

Is John�s Ex Alive?
The John/Talia/Antonio triangle will come to a head in May. Meanwhile, John is determined to uncover Ramsey�s secret. Many speculate that Ramsey�s mystery woman is John�s ex fianc�e Caitlin. RC says, I can�t tell you if it is, but I will say that she has a connection to someone in Llanview. And there�s a very good chance that you might recognize her face�.if we let you see it!

According to the newest rumors, Marcie McBain will soon be heading out of Llanview. (See Cast News)

Cole and Starr end up injured after some sort of terrifying fall. Both teens are treated in the emergency room with life-threatening conditions, and this may be when Starr tragically loses their baby.

Marcie's marriage will continue to fall apart and she may be heading out of Llanview soon to start a whole new life.

Tina Lord will soon be heading back to Llanview, but look for a big twist when viewers learn she has a close link to someone who is not very well liked. Plus, how will the rest of Llanview take to her return? Look for Tina to first come in contact with her sister Viki and brother Todd. Tina will be making her comeback starting in June, which will bring on some explosive summer storylines. The return of Tina may also open the door for another fan favorite to return to Llanview as well!

Dorian has been the mastermind behind the attempts to take over Buchanan Enterprises, but will her revenge on Clint backfire?

David Vickers returns starting May 7th and is expected to hang around for a least a few weeks.

Brody, Gigi's ex, will hit Llanview on April 24th.

Look for an upcoming wedding on the show that promises lots of excitement during the ceremony, but supposedly it will still all end with some "I do's."

There may be a whole lot more to John and Talia's relationship than what meets the eye. Is it really just a ploy in order to bring down the new commissioner? Stay tuned!

Look for the character of Miles Laurence to exit very soon.

After Starr's pregnancy test comes out positive she realizes she has very little time to make a decision before everyone learns the truth.

Dorian won't be too happy with Langston and Markko as they try to cover for Starr and Cole.

One Life to Live will soon be shooting some of their scenes on-location in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. The filming will take place along the beach and boardwalk, but also in some very popular places such as Casino Pier and Lucky's Arcade and Pizza. There is no confirmation from ABC on who will be involved in this storyline, but insiders have reported this will be the storyline surrounding around Cole and Starr. This particular area was chosen among a few other spots along the East coast, and is suppose to be a look-alike for the show for a spot along Virginia Beach, VA. Filming is set to begin the week of April 14th.

Fearing she may be pregnant, Starr and Cole run off together to protect Cole from Todd. Insiders reveal this storyline will have some similarities to GH's Luke and Laura on the run plot had. Viewers will have to wait and see if Starr really is pregnant, or if it all turns out to be a false alarm. Or if Starr really is pregnant, will she lose the baby? Stay tuned for more details!
