Erika Slezak was born August 5, 1946 in Hollywood, California.
Her birth name is Erika Alma Hermina Slezak.
Nickname is Ricci.
Daughter of famed actor Walter Slezak, whom starred in many foreign and domestic films, plus guest appeared in numerous TV series.
Most fans may not remember, but Walter Slezak was also on One Life to Live back in 1968 when he played the role of Laszlo Braedecker.
Erika's grandfather Leo Slezak, and aunt Margarete Slezak were also both accomplished stars.
Although raised in the United States, Slezak was taught to speak German and did not begin learning English until she was five years old.
Attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts located in London, England.
Has a son named Michael and daughter Amanda.
Married to actor Brian Davies since 1978. Davies played the priest in the 1999 Hugh Grant movie MICKEY BLUE EYES.
