Roxanne Holden on the ABC Television Network's "One Life To Live"

Ilene Kristen was born July 30, 1952 in Brooklyn, New York.

Kristen used to play with a band at a Downtown NY club called S.O.B.'s (Sounds of Brazil)

The actress found out she got the role of Roxanne Balsom on Sept. 10, just one day before the tragic day of 9/11.

Says she does not tune in to SoapNet's reruns of Ryan's Hope because she prefers to focus on her future, rather than her past.
