One Life to Live Recap for Monday, December 8, 2003

OLTL Recap by Jennifer

By Katherine Thurston, About.com

Al/Michael asks Marcie out, but Marcie accuses him of teaming up with Madison to humiliate Marcie and make her think that he likes her. She tells him that it will never work. Al showed her that she is a beautiful person, and no one can take that away. She blames Madison for Al's death.

Kevin asks Kelly for a divorce again. Kelly appeals to Asa who tells her not to worry. There will be a divorce over his dead body. Kevin will come to his senses because he has worked too hard on his career. However, Kelly thinks he wants Blair now more than he wants his career.

At Rodi's, Nat asks Rex what he was thinking when he helped Jen hide that she was at the scene of a murder. She hopes this is a wake-up call for Joey. She asks Rex if he is sleeping with Jen, but he only tells her that Jen is exploring her options. When he leaves, Nat picks up his matchbook that says The Sleepytime Motel.

John wants Daniel to make a statement about The Music Box Killer, warning women on local campuses. Daniel thinks it will cause a panic, but John says not if it's done right. Daniel meets with Lindsay, and he asks why they are meeting at Rodi's instead of the country club. She says she trusts people too soon, so she's trying not to take things too fast. He asks her if everything is okay with David, and she tells him that she has taken care of David.

Blair and Walker (I'll call him Todd when everyone else does) reconcile after he returns from a walk. He tells her it's hard to believe someone like her can love him. He apologizes for not believing that nothing happened with Kevin. When she mentions that Todd was always jealous and always lied to her and hurt her, he becomes emotional and says that he's not Todd. She hugs him and tells him everything will be okay. They make plans to meet at The Palace.

Dorian and David concoct a scheme to get Betsy's money. She tells him to find a young girl who has never been married. Dorian thinks the money will make her home much better than Llanfair. She says that she deserves just as much as Viki. David tells her that she'll always have something that Viki doesn't. Him. He kisses her and leaves her weak in the knees as he walks away.

At Dorian's, Blair encounters Kevin who wants to thank Dorian for helping Viki through the accident. Blair apologizes to Kevin for telling Kelly that she knew about Kelly's affair, but Kevin tells her that they would have found something else to argue about anyway. He tells Blair that she helped him see that he really wants a divorce, but she tells him that they can no longer be friends because it's not fair to Walker or Kelly.

Walker visits Kevin's house to apologize for accusing him and Blair. However, Kelly puts doubts in his head when she tells him that Blair is never satisfied with what she has, and she'll find a way to justify keeping Kevin on the side even if she does love Walker. He leaves angry.

When Nat tries to give John advice on playing pool, he asks her to show him. She says if he wants to improve, he should buy a video. He asks her if she's been working a lot, and she says it helps her to not think about her problems. She jumps down his throat and says that he seems to do the same, but she quickly apologizes. He tells her that he used to have a life, but now all he has is work. He tells her, "You and I aren't all that different."

Daniel tells Lindsay that his son, Riley, is named after Viki's ex-husband. He also says that he worries the name is too much of a burden for his son.

Dorian receives a call and finds out that somehow Aunt Betsy's medication was substituted with an antihistamine. Betsy started to take her meds, but noticed the switch.

Walker and Blair meet at The Palace for their romantic evening, but he can't get rid of the image of Blair and Kevin making love. He doesn't respond well to her kisses, and eventually they erupt into another fight with him accusing her again. He yells violently and she leaves without getting dressed.

Kevin tells Asa that he's meeting an attorney tomorrow and giving Kelly anything she wants. Asa tells him that if he files for divorce, he's out of Asa's life for good and out of his Will.

At Rodi's, David tells Lindsay he wants another check to cover the one that bounced. However, she tells him that she already sold the piece, and she got $30 for it because it was fake. He acts surprised, but she is skeptical.

John tells Nat that she played pool with more passion than anyone he's ever seen, and that you'd think she'd want to do something that makes her that happy. Later, she reads a note that Chris left her, and she picks up a pool stick and makes a shot.
