Bo, Nora and Matthew are in Angel Square. Nora's exhausted. Bo thinks they should go home, but Nora wants to keep campaigning. She relents and agrees with him. He goes off to get them ice cream and RJ comes along. He tells her she hasn't done all she can to win and hands her a folder. He says once the press gets a hold of what's inside Mr. Coleson can kiss his DAdom goodbye.
Daniel tells Lindsay that David is wanted by Interpol. She can't believe it. He tells her that he hooks up with usually bright attractive art dealers; he sets a sting and takes them for everything. She thanks him and wishes him luck with the election tomorrow. David shows up apologizing for being late. He tells her that he has an opportunity for
them but they have to act tonight. He has a line on ancient priceless artwork. She asks him how much and he says $30,000 give or take, but they could triple it. She smacks him right across the face!
Kelly tells Kevin that he didn't mean it when he asked her for a divorce. He tells her that they are unhappy. She denies being unhappy and he says she's been for a long time. He says that they shouldnt blame him because they are in it 50/50. He tells her that he's been pretending for a long time. She says that he's been pretending to love her. He tells her that if he didn't love her they would have never survived what happened in Texas. He says he doesn't want to spend him life pretending to be asleep or have to take pills like she does when she can't. She says she doesnt want a divorce. She tells him that she is willing to move to Harrisburg then Washington, but wanted to wait until they got a baby. He says a baby won't make a difference. She tells him to admit that he is unhappy because he is married to her and not Blair.
Walker lies and tells Blair he is on the phone with Brigs from the office. She grabs the phone from him and starts telling Brigs what she wants him to do for her. Flynn is on the end of the phone ignoring her. She assumes it was a bad connection or something and hands the phone back to Walker. He yells into the phone that it's a bad connection and he will call him tomorrow. Flynn tells him that if he doesn't get every penny he promised, he knows where Blair lives. Walker hangs up and carries Blair upstairs.
Kevin says this isn't about Blair. Kelly says it's always been about Blair. He tells her it wasn't about Blair in Texas. He says again that their marriage is not working. They shouldn't have to work so much to get it to work. She reminds him that the election is tomorrow. She tries to convince him that they worked together at most of the campaign and they are a team. She tries to make him see how they can be happy in the future and he tells her that it doesn't work like that. If they aren't happy now, they never will be. Now she gets hysterical and says she won't let him divorce her. Asa walks in. Kevin wants him to stay out of it but Kelly tells him that his grandson wants a divorce. Asa says hell no. Tells him that he will destroy everything they have worked for. Kevin says its his life. Kelly wonders what about her life. Asa calls him an ingrate and says that he is going to throw everything away and send him to an early grave. Kevin tells him that he is right; this is about him wanting to kill him. He tells Kelly he is going upstairs and they will talk about it tomorrow. She says she will be right up and he tells her he wants to be alone so don't.
Matthew shows Bo where he found the music box. Bo tells him the police need to know everything they can about how he found the box. Matthew thinks he's in trouble. Bo tells him no. So Matthew points again to the spot where he saw it.
Nora hands the folder back to RJ and tells him that she knew about the DWI conviction and that he had it wiped from his record. She tells RJ that she wanted to win with the issues without mud slinging. He said the community needs to know that their chief officer is too drunk to drive. She's surprised he even discussed it with her before running to the press with it. He says they have been friends too long for him to go behind her back like that. She thanks him, and he tells her that he wants her to win. She tells him that there is plenty that Daniel could've dug up about her past too. RJ tells her that Daniel used to hit his wife. She never pressed charges but apparently, thats the reason they got divorced. He says that's just what we all need, a drunken wife beater in office. She says thank you but no thank you and tries again to hand him the folder. He tells her it doesnt have to come back to her. She says she wants to win on her own. Losing is just a chance she's going to have to take.
