One Life to Live Recap for Tuesday, April 13, 2004

A hung-over Nat takes food to John's apartment as a peace offering for being a drunk smart- mouth the night before, but her jealously rears again when she sees Kathryn at the door with John. John introduces them, and Nat apologizes for interrupting. She takes off immediately, but Kathryn stops her in the hallway and tells her John slept in the lobby last night.

Oh my gosh!!! lol, when Antonio walks into the upstairs hall wearing only a towel, he bumps into Viki, causing her to drop a plate of fruit. He bends down to pick it up for her, and his towel slips off his body and joins the fruit on the floor!!!! Antonio feels really stupid, but Viki plays it off and tells him not to worry about it. Jess laughs when he tells her about it.

Todd intimidates Kelly, and he threatens to expose her secret if she doesn't help him get Blair back. Kevin walks in, and Kelly tells him Todd wants her help with Blair, but she was just about to tell him to leave. Todd and Kevin do their usual bickering, and when Todd's cell phone rings, he smirks at Kevin and brags loudly, "Hmm, it's my wife. Blair Manning." When Todd leaves, Kevin asks Kelly if there's something going on that he doesn't know about. She says Todd just wants help with Blair, and he doesn't know anyone else to help him. Kelly says she just feels bad for him because he went to jail "all because--oops--Blair made a mistake." Kevin doesn't want Todd to hurt Kelly, and she promises she'll stay away from him.

After Kathryn leaves Nat in the hall, Paul arrives. He tells Nat everything is fine, and it's no big deal. He enters John's room, and they shut the door on her as John tells her that he'll talk to her later.

Viki and Jess joke about Viki seeing Antonio naked. Viki remarks that Antonio was "very clean." Jess says Antonio couldn't get to work fast enough after that happened. They talk a little about Nat's problems, but Jess says she's fine.

Paul tells John he's working on getting the money. Antonio and John want Paul to set up the smugglers so they can take them down. John says Paul has to make it clear to the smugglers that Kathryn didn't steal the money.

Starr continues chatting with her Internet buddy, and he says he wants to meet her in New York. A psychiatrist makes a house call and tells Blair she did a very good thing when she called Todd to get Starr out of the closet. Starr tells her penpal that she'll find a way to meet him. She calls Matthew and gets info about Bo and Nora's dance contest in New York. When Todd arrives, she flies downstairs into her dad's arms in front of Dr. Spinder. Blair, Todd, and Starr all talk as a family with the doctor. Blair asks what she can do to make Starr happy. When Starr says she wants to them all to live together again, Blair says that won't happen, but maybe they can do something together. Starr talks Blair into taking her to New York, but Blair won't allow Todd to go.

In the lobby of Nigel's hotel, Kathryn tells Nat she has nothing to worry about. Paul tries telling Kathryn that John is going to double cross her with Antonio by taking the payback money himself. Paul tells her that he (Paul) will get the money, but she needs to stick with him because it's the only way she'll get out a winner. Later, she tells John that Paul is double crossing him. Kathryn says she'll always trust John. They both loved Caitlin, and they'll always have that connection. John promises they'll get through this. She puts her head on his shoulder and he holds her.

Antonio tells Jess about the man claiming that Nora once took a bribe. However, Antonio can't question him now because Evangeline is the man's lawyer, and she won't allow it. Jess thinks it's a good sign because that might mean the guy is having second thoughts about lying. Antonio says people generally do that when they're afraid of someone. Antonio tries apologizing to Viki, but she tells him not to worry. She also suggests they move out because they'd be happier in their own home, but Jess thinks Viki just wants to get rid of her live-in nurse. Viki thanks Jess for caring so much, and she jokingly whispers that she's not planning on having another heart attack "no matter what she sees in the upstairs hall." (in reference to Antonio's nakedness). Antonio about chokes on his drink when he hears her say that.
