Marcie tells Michael that she lost her book and all her chemistry notes when her computer froze. She worries she'll fail chemistry, but he helps her find the files she lost. Michael wants to go further than kissing, but Marcie says she's not ready. She doesn't know how to explain it, but she feels like Al is here, and it doesn't feel right.

Todd finds Dorian at the hospital. He won't give her any information, other than Kelly wants to talk to her. At the penthouse, Kelly talks to her new baby. She tells him that he deserves to be wanted as much as she wanted her own baby. She doesn't know what to do. She knows Kevin will be happy if she tells him he's the baby's father, but no matter what happens, she promises to protect and take care of her new son. "You're my son, and I'm your mother."

When Dorian enters Todd's penthouse, she sees Kelly holding the baby and exclaims with a smile, "You had the baby!" Kelly replies, "This is my son, your grandnephew." Kelly says she left town because she was furious with Kevin for spending time with Blair. On her way home, she went into labor and had her baby at a farmhouse. Dorian wonders why she's with Todd, and Todd says that Kelly asked for his help, and he gave it to her. Kelly says she called Todd to find out what's going on with Kevin and Blair, and she tells Dorian "no more questions. Don't you want to hold him? He doesn't just need his mother. He needs his whole family." Dorian holds him with a smile, "Welcome, little man."

After Jess tells Kevin that Viki is sick, he visits Viki. She tells him she had a mild heart attack, but she's okay now. She tries to be strong, but Kevin knows better. She breaks out in tears while he holds her. He tells her she needs to take care of herself and get well because she has a new grandchild coming, and the baby will want to want to meet her. Dorian leaves a message for Kevin to meet them at the hospital.
