Starr asks Kelly when she can see Blair. She tells her that Blair is sleeping but she is fine. Paul walks in so she sends Starr off to find Heddy. Starr says it's not like she cares about her mother. Paul asks Kelly why she is going back to the hospital and she says that’s the only way to see her husband because he won't leave Blair’s side.

Blair tells Dorian that Kevin can stay being he brought her to the hospital. Dorian says that someone should let Kelly know that he is there and what time to expect him home. He says he doesn't know. Kelly understands he says. Dorian tells Blair she will be right back and tells Kevin she means soon. Kevin asks what the last thing she remembers was. She says she was at the Palace with him. Dorian is ranting to David how Kevin won't leave Blair’s bedside. Todd, dressed as a doctor, peeks into Blair’s room. The doctors and Kevin are in there and they are asking her about her head pain and dizziness. Kevin tells her that he thought her symptoms were stress related. She comments on the questions the doctors asked about her being confused.

Kelly tells Paul Kevin is sitting vigil at Blair’s bedside. She says it felt like they were getting close again and falling in love again. She says she realizes this was a crisis and he was being helpful but she can't help being jealous. Paul tells her to go there and sit in the room with them. He offers to go with her. She tells him that Dorian told him about Aunt Betsy. He says he isn't getting the money because she changed the will before she died. He tells her that she announced that her new heir was Adriana and died the same day. Dorian and David were the only ones around. He asks her if she thinks they killed her to get the money.

Everybody is at the church for Cristian’s memorial. Jess asks Viki if all the police are really necessary. Nat tells River that Carlotta hated her at 1st when she started dating Cristian. She is probably just trying to protect her goddaughter the same way. Rex tells Jen that she is putting him through hell and she tells him that he put himself there and walks away. Roxy asks him if Jen found out about him and Lindsay. He says that she hates them both. The service starts. The priest is talking in front of a large picture of Cristian. Nat starts off the speeches. Antonio is next. He tells everybody to be happy for Cristian because it was too sad in there. Johns phone rings and it’s Haver. He says Natalie is crying. When he looks, she is. He tells him that he better take good care of her.

RJ tells Evangeline that Jamie is asleep. She tells him that she just got off the phone with Starr and she just gave her what she needed. Blair had some long unspellable disease. One of the symptoms is mental confusion. RJ says that that means she has something to work on in the morning because tonight they have the night to themselves. She can't. Her mind will be on the case anyway. He tells her to do what she has to and he won't be mad. She tells him that the disease could have affected her judgment and decisions.

Blair asks Kevin what if she was not thinking straight. He tells her that the jury believed her so she should be relaxing instead of doubting herself. Todd is outside the door the whole time. He goes into her room when Kevin leaves and tells her he had to see her.

John tells Haver that he is real genius to figure out that Nat is a widow crying at her husband’s memorial. He tells him that he can't see her. Haver tells him that he is clever but he can't be sure. Has he checked every inch of the church? John tells him to prove he is there. Haver says then the game would be over.

Kelly says she knows Dorian would use Adriana would use Adriana to get the money but not kill someone. Paul asks what about David. She says that David has done some awful things but not kill an old woman. He asks her what she is going to do about Kevin. She says when Blair is better things will be normal.

Roxy is wearing a tacky t-shirt that Cristian bought her. She starts talking about what a great catch he is and Nat was happy when she met him. She says that he was a great artist and starts advertising her salon using his mural of her that he painted as a drawing point. She says that there is a special, just mention his name. John tells Haver to show himself or they have nothing to talk about. He laughs. Todd asks Blair if she doesn't love him and they are really over just to tell him now. She tells him to leave as Dorian, David and Kevin come in. Dorian screams for security.

Haver asks if John checked the confessionals. He tells him that he will meet him there. Haver says he sees all, he knows all. Where would he be? He says he is on the altar. John looks at a cross of Jesus hanging above the altar.

Security rushes in the hospital room and Todd grabs a scalpel.
