By , About.com Guide

When Rex gives Jen orange juice, she tells him he's acting sweet lately and wants to know what's up. She thinks he's always in it for sex, and he asks "You don't think people can change?" Jen doesn't know what she wants, and she thinks her life is a mess. Rex tells her he'll help with anything she needs, but she leaves.

Evangeline can't forget Todd's case. She's never been dismissed like that. She tells RJ that she could have won the case, and she believes Todd is innocent. Nora worries that the jury is taking too long to confer, but Daniel tells her she did an amazing job.

Haver tells Rae her profile of the killer was amusing, but she knows it was accurate. She says he doesn't want to kill her, and she knows he's trying to come up with a way to avoid it. He wants her to profile John so he can utilize John's weaknesses. She feeds him fake information, but he's smart. If she wants to live longer, she needs to do better. Rae knows it doesn't matter; she says she's not going to live anyway. He asks if it's better to die sooner, or later? She strongly stands up and spouts into his ear that John is a brilliant man who is not afraid to get into Haver's dark mind, and it's only a matter of time before John catches him. Haver replies, "By the time it takes him to catch me, and prove it, that might be all the time in the world for me. But, as for you..." he says walking toward her with a music box. Rae panics and reminds him that he'll keep her alive if she knows his next victim.

John knows his insults to the killer at a past news conference caused the killer to murder Caitlin. Bo reads a report and says that Madison Kennsington's classmates disclosed that she mouthed off to Haver last semester, but he says they need better evidence.

Jess tells Viki that John thinks Haver is the killer. Viki tells her the police must have good reason to suspect him, so please stay away from Haver. "He may not be the killer, but until everything is worked out, please, for me" says Viki. Jess agrees.

Daniel tells Lindsay he's worried about Riley, and Lindsay says she used to do that with Jen, but she realized she could help Jen by bringing positive people into her own life. "Positive people? Well, I guess that leaves me out," he replies. He tells her he attends AA twice a day, but Lindsay says he's pulling his life together and that's the best thing he can do for Riley. Later, Lindsay tells Rex that whatever they had is over. She likes Daniel and doesn't want to ruin it, but Rex asks if they can still be friends. She tells him he won't lose their friendship.

While planning Cris' memorial, Nat pulls out some of his paintings for Roxy and Carlotta. She stumbles upon a picture of herself holding a baby. She's speechless for a moment, "Wow. We had so many plans that never happened," she says quietly. They decide that his memorial service will be surrounded with his art, because that's so much of who he was.
