Dorian discovers that a stone is missing from her necklace, and David is forced to give her a present early. He had the stone removed from her necklace and placed in an engagement ring. He wants her to be his wife. "Gimme your finger. What do you say?" he asks. She doesn't say yes, but she doesn't say no either. "Happy Valentine's Day," he says.
Blair dreams that Todd is found guilty, but she realizes that Starr has on prison garb, and she's being sent away. Starr screams and wants to know why her mother is ruining her life. Meanwhile, in the real world, Todd offers to pay off a guard to let him out just for the night, but to no avail. In another dream, Blair kisses Todd and tells him that she loves him. She awakens, but he's not there.
Marcie remembers some inspiring words spoken by Al. The rain stops, the sun appears, and she smiles. After Adriana and River leave the roof, Nat and Jess come to the same place. Jess finds the lace that Adriana wore, and Natalie says it looks like the lace from her wedding veil that Carlotta made her. "How did it get up here?" she wonders.
At Capricorn, Simply Red sings. Couples hold each other while listening. Riley points out that Rex is staring at Jen, but she says that Rex just wants what he can't have. Riley backs away, and Rex approaches her with a gift. "I don't want anything from you," she says, but he requests that she please open it. Inside, she finds a framed picture of her and Sam. She thanks him, but then says that she really wants to go home now. "Anything you want, Jen," he answers as she leaves.
Marcie smiles as she watches Simply Red. Riley tells her, "Michael McBain is the one who got the band to play tonight. He did it for you." Meanwhile, Al is frantic in Angel Square. "Luna, you gotta tell me where she is! It's almost midnight. I have to find her." He only has five minutes, but Luna tells him he needs to have faith in the power of love. Al prays for a miracle, "Oh God, please. . . " On the roof, Natalie holds the lace and says that being with Cris was like flying. "Maybe it's time to send out all that love and let it fly." She kisses the lace and gently lets it drop. Below, Al watches it land at his feet in slow motion. "I know where she is. Capricorn," he tells Luna. Excited for him, she wishes him luck and shouts for him to be happy.
Viki tells Ben she knows he heard her voice. She saw him smile and felt him squeeze her hand. She tells him if she never sees that smile again, she wants him to know he's brought her so much happiness, and she will always love him. She starts to leave, but something makes her turn around again. Looking into her eyes, Ben says, "Hello, Blondie."
At Capricorn, Al finds Marcie, but she's tired and wants to leave. He begs her not to go, but she says he doesn't understand how she feels. She thanks him for the band, and he pleads with her to dance with him, but she says there's no music. At that moment, a slow song starts playing; they dance closely, and he tells her to look in his eyes and see her future right in front of her. He promises she'll find what she's looking for. As the song plays, she looks into his eyes, and in slow motion she drops a rose that he gave her.
