From Written by Jennifer Faulkner, for About.com

Jessica tells Marcie that Jen was flirting with Michael/Al, but Marcie says that's their business because she won't forget Al. Michael may like Marcie more than friends, but she says that she's just friends with him. Marcie's surprise for John and Al arrives in the form of their mother. John hugs her immediately, but Al has some problems. He realizes that Michael blocked out his memories as a kid. Al tells his mother that he promises to show her how much he loves her. Jessica tells "Michael" that he reminds her of Al. Their mother is very impressed with Natalie, but John tells her they are just friends. He says that Nat's husband just died, but she tells John that he deserves someone nice. When she leaves, Al thanks Marcie for giving his mother back to him.

Rex asks Jen what she's doing with Ron. Is she trying to like him the way she "tried" to like Joey? Ron brings Jen some diet gingerale, but she tells him she wanted Tequila. She thinks if he wants to get to know her, he should know that she likes Tequila. He tells her that he's heading to a movie alone. If she wants to meet him there, great. Otherwise, he'll see her around.

At The Palace, Roxy tells Lindsay that she better not break Rex's heart. She says that Rex is nuts about Lindsay. Roxy tells her that he gave Roxy the "riot act" when she accused him of seeing Lindsay to "stick it" to Jen. Later, Lindsay has second thoughts. She tells Rex that she changed her mind. They kiss, and Jen sees. From the look on her face, she's not too happy.

The killer's call was traced to the university. John leaves to find out if they discovered any fingerprints on the phones, and he asks Antonio to make sure Nat gets home safely. He tells Natalie to be careful. He knows she's strong, but the killer seems to know too many things. He tells her "don't hesitate to call me day or night if you ever need anything." Later, she arrives at his apartment to answer a silly question he'd asked earlier. Suddenly, a red scarf flies around her neck and she's choked from behind. She struggles to break free, but the killer has a tight hold.
