When Jess arrives at The Palace carrying Jamie, Asa sarcastically asks her if she's Antonio's nursemaid. Jess tells him that she loves Jamie and might be part of her life forever. If Asa can't handle it, then she doesn't know if she can deal with him. Asa apologizes because he's been under stress worrying about his family. He smiles sweetly at Jamie when Jess says that she's strong like a Buchanan.
Viki visits Todd. He worries that Starr will do something crazy again. He wants to go see her in Juvenile Court, but Viki says that's impossible. He tells her that he's innocent, and he'll always love Blair. Viki promises to do whatever she can for Starr. Later, Todd receives a note from Starr. She has a new plan.
Blair tells Dorian that she should drop the rape charges if it's going to affect Starr so badly. Blair tells Starr she has to go to court because of what she did. Starr tells Blair to drop the charges against Todd.
Nora worries that Troy hasn't called, but John tells her it will be okay because Matthew is Troy's bargaining chip. Troy lets Matthew call Nora. Matthew tells her that he loves her and he's okay. Troy hangs up the phone when Matthew mentions a road sign nearby, but Bo tells Nora not to worry because Matthew is a brave kid.
Troy tells Matthew that he doesn't know why he confessed. He doesn't remember doing anything wrong. Matthew asks Troy to take him home because Nora sounded upset, but Troy tells him that he's his only leverage.
Starr has one of her little crazy cartoon fantasies. She appeals to the judge who cries so many tears that Dorian floats away, and all of the jury members are Blair, and they say that Todd is not guilty.
Dr. Haver tells Nora that it's unlikely Troy will hurt Matthew because his hostility is aimed at women, not children. She worries that Troy will take his anger out on Matthew. Dr. Haver sees Nora holding one of Matthew's badges, and she tells him that Matthew is good with directions. Later, Starr apologizes to Nora and Bo.
Evangeline tells Todd that Nora is offering him a deal, but Todd won't take it. He says that Blair is just doing this to him because she doesn't want to admit that she still loves him. Todd asks Evangeline if she can beat Nora. Evangeline is certain that she can.
Viki tells Starr that Todd is worried about her. Viki asks Blair if she's 100% sure about what happened on New Year's Eve. Is she certain that Todd knew she didn't want to have sex? She knows Blair feels betrayed, but Todd loves Blair and if he felt that he had hurt her that way, he would be destroyed. Viki tells her that Todd thought she was a willing participant. She asks if Blair even told Todd to stop, but she's interrupted by Starr who has to go to court.
RJ is bothered when he sees Jamie with Jess and Asa. He says, "I thought I left her with Antonio this morning." Jessica tells him that Antonio had to work, and she thought she'd give Carlotta a break. Jessica tells RJ that she loves Jamie, but he tells her to remember that she's not Jamie's mother. She's just the babysitter, and he's going to make sure Jamie never forgets that.
Starr tells the judge that she'll run away again if she has to do it, but the judge tells her that she needs to learn about consequences. From the stand, Starr looks at Blair while telling the judge that she just wants to be with her dad. Blair wonders if pressing charges against Todd is worth all this. The judge assigns Starr 50 hours of community service, and she asks Viki to oversee it. Starr tells Blair that she'd rather go to reform school than live with Blair. Asa tells Blair if this goes to trial, Kevin will be dragged through the mud. He tells her that she deserves Todd. If she knows what's good for her, she'll drop the charges and stay away from his family.
Roxy tells Nigel she's proud of him for living out his dream. Nigel tells Asa that he will miss him a lot. Asa's silence makes Nigel wonder what's coming next.
Blair tells Nora that Asa tried to pressure her into dropping charges against Todd. She considers it, but Nora says if she lets him go, he will be free to rape again. At home, Starr tells Blair that she's never eating again unless Blair drops the charges.
Troy calls Nora and tells her that Matthew is fine. He tells her that he's not the killer, and she asks him to let her come to him so that he can explain his story. She swears to him on Matthew's life, "no cops." When he tells her where they are, she gives the information to Bo and John. Matthew talks to Bo and Nora and tells them that he wants to come home.
