David stops Kelly from kissing him. She says he doesn't want her. He tells her he spent many nights alone sleeping with her. He says he has a problem with her having his baby and passing it off as Kevin’s. He can't stand her chasing a guy that doesn't love her. She says she knows he cares about her. He says he can't because he cares about her, Dorian and her whole family. (LOL, that’s what he said...I rewound just in case).

Bo and John are getting the cops version of what happened. Todd is telling Starr that Blair would've worried if he left with Starr but he didn't do what she said he did. He tells Starr that she is misunderstood. He tells Starr that she has to stop running away and start obeying Blair. She says she can't promise that. Bo asks Starr if she talked Matthew into stopping the van. She says that she didn't know that was going to happen and Todd didn't run when he could've. Bo says that changes nothing and takes him away.

Reporters come to Kelly’s door and ask her when she is due. She tells him that it is none of their business even though she held a press conference. She calls someone and makes an appointment for artificial insemination under a different name.

Harrison asks Asa to join them and he refuses because he is worried about Bo and all of them. He says he hoped to live long enough to see a Buchanan president. But Kevin doesn't want it. Harrison tells Kevin that once the reporters confirm the affair with Blair they are going to be crawling all over them. He says he should convince Blair to drop the rape charges.

Evangeline tells Nora that she believes Todd. Nora says that is too bad because she was going to offer a deal. Evangeline says she is going to listen to the deal and then present it to Todd but he isn't going to take it. Nora offers him a felony charge and 5 years and Evangeline wants it to be a misdemeanor. Nora says he is a repeat offender. She says that she told her this was personal.

Bo leaves Nora a message telling her to call him. Starr pulls out of Blair’s arms and tells her to stay away from her. She tells Blair she wants Todd back. Dorian says there is nothing they can do about it. Starr says to tell the truth that Todd didn't rape her. They bring Todd in at that moment.

John is telling officers where to search for Troy. It seems he slipped by the road block. Nat gets there and thanks him for saving her. He says it was mostly Antonio. She also thanks him for being there for her and letting her get it all out. He accepts her for whatever comes out. He says it's no big deal and she says it is. She says thank you again and leaves.

Roxy approaches Asa and lets it slip about Nigel’s new hotel. Asa had no idea about it. He says it's ok as long as it doesn't interfere with his job for him. She tells him that he is going to quit. Kevin says he can't ask Blair to drop rape charges. He gets served with a court order for his DNA sample.

David tells Kelly to get pregnant by sleeping with her husband. She says all he can think of is Blair. He says that she is going after Blair's rejects. She asks him if he has ever loved someone so much that he would do anything for them. He says no and she says that’s sad. She says in the end it is all worth it.

Dorian tells Blair not to let Todd fool her. She goes over to talk to him. He tells her what happened. He says it scared him because Starr was there. She agrees. He pleads with her to end this for Starr's sake. Evangeline tells Nora that she is going to take the offer to Todd and see if he will take it. Bo comes in and tells Nora about Matthew being kidnapped by Troy. He promises her he will get him back.

Matthew wants to know why he and Troy are in an empty house. Troy tells him they are going to hang out. They are friends. Matt says he has to call his mother because she is going to be worried. Troy says he needs to think.

Blair tells Todd that she doesn't know what to do anymore. He says Starr could've been killed because of them. She says he raped her. He asks her if she really believes that because if he did then he would destroy himself. She says he hurt her badly. He says he lied to her and she was angry. He says that she is killing Starr and they are worth saving. She thinks for a minute and then takes Starr and leaves.
