Katherine or Jill (whoever writes this blog), if you have any pull with the writers, PLEASE tell them that if they don’t get rid of Stacy pretty soon, I will be signing off til they do. Also tell them not to drag out this story any longer by letting her fake a pregnancy. That would frustrate the viewers to say we’ve had ENOUGH!!

Okay Fridays episode made me cheer and made me wish I had a gun! First I applaud Dorian for telling of Mr. Self-righteous Rivera off and you all know he or his saintly wife have a secret–come on this is LLandview! Now back to the Rex mess—first I wish Gigi would have beat the sh*t out of her skank sister for rubbing her face about sleeping with rex face–thats where the gun would come handy—yeah pistol whipping is too good for skankiod…anyway next week looks like a doozey!

im reading on another site that Robin Strasser may not continue at OLTL. IF TPTB let her talents go for the sake of keeping crappy characters like Stacy and Kyle around, I think I will be through with this show!

I think a lot of people will stop watching if Robin leaves….like I said before the writers need to get a clue —GET RID OF STACY! and with everyone crying poor why the hell are they hiring new characters???? Robin as Dorian is great and we need a villian other than Todd!

So did anyone else pick up on the fact that Fish might be in the closet? I really like the character of Fish and I don’t care if he is straight or gay, that is no big whoop. Just give him comical stuff and let it go.

As for Marco’s parents, his dad is horrid. Who does he think he is? Get a life. Let your son be a young man.

Fish is confused. Not to give it away, even though I think everyone knows by now, but they are planning a story that Kyle and Fish had a past as a couple. (I guess this is supposed to make us like Kyle). Thats why Fish is always awkward around Layla.

On a side note, they recast Carlotta with the woman that played Isabella Santi back in 2004. Apparently Patricia Mauceri who has been Carlotta since 1995, had a problem with being involved in a gay storyline that involves Cristian. (Cristian isnt gay, he’s just trying to figure out what Fish’s deal is). IMHO, Patricia Mauceri has a right to have her personal beliefs, but I feel an actors job is to ACT, so personal feelings should be set aside for the sake of a story. I’m sure there are moments/storylines that lots of actors don’t want to portray, but it comes with the job, and if you want a paycheck then you do it. I’m sure there were actors who didnt want to portray Hitler or bin Laden, but they got paid a ton of money to do it. I just found it really peculiar that Ms. Mauceri reacted by leaving the show, because the storyline didnt directly affect her character. Did she think that being on a national daytime tv program, there would never be a storyline concerning homosexuals? If Christian beliefs is what made Ms. Mauceri leave, then why would she even be on a soap opera thats full of lust, murders, affairs, coniving backstabbers, etc?

Well making Fish gay or not isn’t going to change how I like him, now making him have a thing with Kyle isn’t at all going to make me like Kyle. No if’s and’s or but’s about it. He is a slime and that is that.

I agree with you Edwyna! I don’t like Kyle, Stacy, or Schuyler, and I honestly would rather them getting rid of nuRachel and Greg Evans if it meant we could have Dorian stay, Gina Tognoni return as Kelly, and have Antonio and Marcie return! Fish is an interesting character, so I would like to see what they could do with him

I like Schuyler. But I agree get rid of all those other crap actors.

Dorian & Vicki are starting to bore me, yes i enjoy some of their scenes, but it’s getting old. How many men are going fall for them?
Ray Montez yucky , Charlie stop, Mr. Rodgers right there.
Cole’s the man…he brings life to just about every scene, love him and Starr together.
Todd also needs a kick in th ass along with Stacy & Tea. Blair & John never should have taken flight.

I have tried to write the producers of OLTL, to complain, and (hopefully) they got my emails. I read in the TV guide where Patrica Mauceri, who has played Carlotta Vega for many years, was fired for refusing to do a story line which was contrary to her beliefs. She supposedly wrote a story line that would have been in keeping with hers and her characters beliefs, and was still let go.

I think it is shameful to disregard a long time player’s comments and feelings for the “bottom line”. At this point, there are so many gay/lesbian story lines that it is boring…they are all the same. OLTL had a great opportunity to play it differently, and key into Carlotta’s Catholicism, which has been a big part of her character for years. I can see a poignent, funny and well played story line, with her mistaken belief that Christian was gay…but no, they had to go with “their” idea, and fire her. Shame on the producers!!!
