Get Natalie OFF the show..She’s such a SLOB…REPLACE HER…
Natalie comes to life when she is away from John. Johns drains the life out of Natalie and she does it to him. I am glad they broke up. It’s like watching paint dry and grass grow. As a matter of fact I think I would rather watch paint dry and grass grow.LOL
Natalie and Vincent have fantastic pontential to be a very hot couple!
Natalie and john are both good characters however, together they do not bring out the best in each other. I would love to see more of them both just not together. Surely with the writers this show has there is an interesting story brewing with these characters finding other venues.

It’s TPTB and ridiculious writing that are causing characters that are hard to watch. When John and Natalie win poll after poll as a favorite couple….what will come next is a s/l to ruin them!!! Rex and Adrianna find love, so the logical thing to do is
bring in the ball player to ruin them. and so it goes… That is not entertaining.

I blame TPTB and bad writing for what is going on in L-View not the character’s.
I agree Sandi, the writing has been ridiculous. Since when was it TPTB’s intent to do exactly the opposite of what the viewers obviously want? Don’t they pay attention to anything that goes on outside of their little “writing bubble”?! Natalie and John have won every couple poll, so that must mean that we want them apart. That doesn’t make any sense at all. I wish the writers would wake up and actually give us what we want, instead of constantly pissing us off. OLTL doesn’t win any awards anymore because nobody wants to watch the misery they push on us. Once they get a really enjoyable storyline that people are loving, aka John and Natalie, they break them up before we get to see any real happiness. We have misery in our real lives, give us happiness in our “entertainment!!”
Natalie is a bore. She has been and will alswys be. They need to just write her character off of the show. Further, it would make my day if she took Nash and Jessica with her. What is up with those two? Can you say pathetic?
On the other hand…PLEASE, PLEASE put Evangeline and Christian back together. They were the ONLY reason that I watched the show.
Natalie and John will always love each other as friends, but it’s time for them to move on to different people. All they did was fight and that is not healthy.
I agree with Sandi g and Jill. What are the writers thinking? I believe the writers need to read some romance novels and learn how to write romance. That is what we want to see. Back to basics OLTL writers. Listen to what your views are saying. I have been getting so disappointed in the show that if things don’t change I will just turn it off. Sounds like there are many others out there thinking the same thing. Get your act together OLTL and give your great actors something to work with.
Can’t everyone see what TPTB are doing?!! They write the storylines to be just the opposite of what the viewers want and express in opinion polls so that it keeps everyone watching to see if things will ever go the way the majority of viewers want them to go. It’s like dangling a bone in front of a dog….it keeps people hanging on. I, for one, have decided to quit watching the show because of what the writers have done with John and Natalie. We have watched them for years and have waited for them to finally be a true couple and once again, the writers have decided to “dangle that bone.” I am so disappointed because their journey to be together has been a long and tumultous one and it is time for them to really have a strong and happy relationship. But no, the writers once again have disappointed us. So, after many years of watching, I have decided it is no longer worth my time to watch a show that will never allow true happiness for any of its characters. It seems like at least ONE couple could have true happiness……….and it should be Natalie and John. They are electric together and the sparks need to fly! So long, OLTL !
Agreed about the horrible writing! Soap couples go through tons of angst but the anti-thesis of the true nature of characters like John and Natalie is hard to take. This goes to show that TPTB has really made a mockery of these two when it is so not necessary. JOhn and Natalie are great together and ME & MA deserve to get better writing than this…
Marty and John are just amazingly adorable to watch together. I loved their dart scene in the bar. I have never seen John so happy in a long time. Marty gets John instead of trying to change him the way Natalie always tried to do.
I am thrilled the show’s writers have finally given Michael Easton a beautiful leading lady who is worthy of him. Natalie needs a younger man. John was more like an uncle and they should have never had sex.
I cannot stand the new Marty. She’s a whiny self righteous bitch. I don’t know her real name, but her acting is HORRIBLE. She forces her voice to crack, her smiles are painful, and it’s just too torturous to watch. What were they thinking ruining the character that Susan Haskell perfected with this new poor excuse for an actress?? I have stopped watching because of what they did to John & Natalie, so I didn’t see the bar scene…and I’m glad. Watching John & Marty together would make me nauseous!
The new Marty is awesome! Finally John can fall in love with a real woman! No more skanks and biotches for my man!
Marty sucks. I never watched the other one before, but I can’t watch the character of Marty. She is going to ruin John if they force them together. There’s no magic or chemistry between them. There’s no chemistry from Marty period. If John can’t be with Evangeline or Natalie, let him be alone for a while.
John and Marty are perfect together with the Irish connection and they both had their beloved die in the past and are scarred. This is the best pairing that Michael Easton has had since he came to Llanview and I can finally enjoy his character. Thanks to the writers for finally getting it right.
I just wanted to say I do not want John & Marty together under any circumstances. I want Marty far away from John. I would rather have John & Natalie together.

Where did you read that John and Natalie are going to get back together? I read the scoops Dena gave away and she said that John & Natalie and Christian & Evangeline were done for good. If John & Nat have a chance of getting back together, I’ll start watching again. I’ve tried and tried, but I just cannot stomach watching Marty shake her way through every scene. It’s truly pathetic and terrible acting. I’d sign anything, write to anyone to get her off the show and far away from John McHottie.

Natalie kicked Johnny’s butt to the curb where he belonged. He needs a more mature older woman and he has found 1 with Marty Saybrook. Good for him.
Natalie needs to focus more on her own needs like Vince said to Viki. She can end up running Buchanan Enterprises because Asa is leaving the show soon.
