After being arrested at the penthouse, Todd is brought in the Llanview Police station on the charges of paying someone to defame Nora, and for stealing files from Buchanan Enterprises. Unable to get a hold of Evangeline, Todd ends up spending the night in jail, but Blair posts his bail in the morning. Todd returns home and he tells Blair that he did in fact pay somebody to defame Nora, however, he did not steal the files from Buchanan Enterprises. Todd expects Blair to leave him, and return home to Dorian's, but Blair tells Todd he is not a bad guy, and vows to stand by him.
